Welcome to the New Moon Inn! Nestled in a picturesque setting, our historic Second Empire inn, built in 1801, combines classic charm with modern comforts. It has been a generational dream of the local Waterford Haimovitch-Conte-Babich clan to bring this centuries old inn back to life. We are so excited to be able to share this beautiful location with you now.

  • Wonderful weekend get away for 5 couples. Everyone loved the space - plenty of room, old home charm and enormous yard. From hanging out at the fire pit, playing corn hole and a dining room with seating for 12 for our bbq we couldn't have been happier with the home.

  • "If you are looking for a uniquely Vermont experience this fits the bill. It's a very old large home that needs some TLC but that is part of the experience. Bathrooms are all updated and clean. Beds are comfy. My 8 and 11 year old grand children loved it. Especially when we decided to watch Beetlejuice! Convenient location right off the highway."
