Welcome to the New Moon Inn! Nestled in a picturesque setting, our historic Second Empire inn, built in 1801, combines classic charm with modern comforts. It has been a generational dream of the local Waterford Haimovitch-Conte-Babich clan to bring this centuries old inn back to life. We are so excited to be able to share this beautiful location with you now.

Also located on the property is a gorgeous 19th century 1,250sqft ballroom with a hardwood sprung floor. Wonderful for just about any function or event you’re planning, from yoga and fitness classes, to live music and weddings, to seminars and lectures, this versatile space can be altered to perfectly suit your needs.

The Ballroom is also home to Stargaze Studio House, a full recording studio run by property managers Alex and Miles Haimovitch in collaboration with Grammy Award Winning recording engineer, Brian Warwick.
